About Department...

Electronics  and   Telecommunication    Department  has  unique   distinction of  Starting  with  maximum  permissible  intake  of  60  along with  college  in 2001 The year of establishment   of the college .Since the department in   just five Years   of time fulfilled   the requirement   of space, infrastructure   and faculty  As per AICTE norms, AICTE   approved   the increase in intake from 60 to 120  In the year 2006.

Mission 

Mission.  in  line  with  the mission  of  the  institution  to  prepare   students to  face  global  challenges  ,  the  departments   mission is  to  impart  training  to  ensure  that  the students acquire all the professional   skills with necessary    theoretical   and conceptual   knowledge   to   welcome   complete engineers.

Special features of the Department

a) Faculty.  the  faculty  is  well  qualified  ,  experienced  and  highly  motivated. A  number  of  them   have  substantial  industry  ,  R and  D  and  professional  experience.
b) Laboratory. The department has   10 spacious laboratories fully equipped with state  of  the  art  equipment  as  per  AICTE  norms  worth  Rs 1 corer   Lakhs.
c)  Results. the  teaching  and  learning  processes  are  student  centered  .Besides Laboratory   incharge ,  subject  teacher  ,  there  is  system  of  Guardian  faculty Member (GFM) assisted by two to three faculty member. the GFM  and  his  a team  maintains  regular  contact  with  the  parents  and  periodically  conducts Interactive sessions   with the students to under and overcome their problems
to  counsel  them  and  assist  them  to  resolve   personal  problems. Our   results  in  the  University  of  Pune  examinations  right  from   
beginning  and   campus  placements  in  such  a  small  span  of  six  year are indicative  of  our  standards.  The results are as under :
